Curve Designs provides branding and creative design services, including logo design, brand identity, packaging, labels, print design, social media creatives, signage, and creative consultation. Any work outside the approved quotation or project scope will be treated as additional work and may be charged separately.
Projects begin after confirmation, advance payment, and receipt of all required information. Delivery timelines may change if approvals, content, or payments are delayed by the client.
An advance payment is required to start the project, and the remaining balance must be cleared before final editable files are delivered. Revisions are limited as per the quotation. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, product information, legal details, and approvals. Curve Designs is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Clients must carefully review and approve all artwork before production. Once approved, Curve Designs is not responsible for printing errors, colour variations, manufacturing defects, or overlooked mistakes.
All concepts and working files remain the property of Curve Designs until full payment is received. Final ownership transfers after complete payment. Editable source files will be provided only if included in the approved quotation.
Clients must ensure they have the rights to all materials they provide. Curve Designs may use licensed assets and AI-assisted tools where appropriate. Unless otherwise agreed, completed work may be displayed in our portfolio and promotional materials.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Clients should securely back up all delivered files, as long-term file storage is not guaranteed.
Curve Designs is not responsible for business losses, printing defects, third-party service issues, or outcomes beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective project.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vita, Maharashtra.
